Bearing housing support units for ballscrew spindle can be used on fixed and supported ends of the ballscrew, which mounts the ballscrew in the desired position. Its compact size is easy to install, especially in the narrowed space. Since the bearings are greased and adjusted to the suitable position, there is no need for additional alignment or installation processes, which reduces installation time and maintenance.

We offer only the types that are most commonly used in the majority of users, for example, most of our models supporting shafts up to 20/25mm. Ball Screw Support Units

Ball Screw Support Units are helpful supplements to your Ball Screw System. Our current Ball Screw Accessories include fixed and supported-side support bearing assemblies for light and heavy load applications. These ball screw support units provide users with the necessary components (i.e. bearing locknuts, snap rings, etc.) for mounting screw shafts to their machine. Offered in six different series, the surfaces of these support units are treated with black oxide to prevent corrosion, and are available in either a rectangular or rounded design.

Ball Screw Support Units

Ball Screw Support Units are helpful supplements to your Ball Screw System. Our current Ball Screw Accessories include fixed and supported-side support bearing assemblies for light and heavy load applications. These ball screw support units provide users with the necessary components (i.e. bearing locknuts, snap rings, etc.) for mounting screw shafts to their machine.

Fixed-Side Support Units

The Fixed-Side Support Units are available in three series, EK, BK, and FK. These support units are compact in size and allow for easy installation. The fixed-side support units are the driven side of the support unit and are coupled to the motor using a coupling. These fixed-side support units come with a spacer and lock nut to secure the finished ball screw shaft to the support unit. All support units come with angular contact bearings which are assembled with the correct preload and amount of lubrication.

Supported-Side Support Units

The Supported-Side Support Units are available in three series, EF, BF, and FF. These support units are compact in size and allow for easy installation. The supported-side (also referred to as floated side) support units come with a bearing and snap ring to securely mount the finished ball screw shaft to the support unit. (Note: The bearing is not fixed to a position inside the supported-side support unit).

Features

Simplicity of Design and Assembly Standardization of product allows highly effective design. Additional assembly process is not required, and the stability of assembly precision can be easily improved as bearing of the support unit is assembled at optimal preload condition. Moreover, the standardized product ensures superior compatibilty.

High Precision

Angular contact ball bearing is precisely assembled in face-to-face duplex format. The influence by assembly error is minimized and the precision of rotation shaft is maintained as the product structure is designed to absorb parallel error between rotational shaft and guide about the center of the shaft.

Dust-Proof Effect

The support unit is framed with oil seal to prevent the influx of fine dusts or foreign substances and thus enhances operation precision. Furthermore, it allows longtime use as grease leakage is prevented by minimizing the tolerance between the oil seal and the rotation shaft.
